Last March, the Barcelona Woman Acceleration Week 2026 was held, in which the Cluster Catalonia Logistics participated as an official partner. The event took place at DFactory Barcelona and has established itself as a leading parity-based forum, broadcast through a digital platform, focused on promoting value-added initiatives to advance gender equality in the professional and business environment.
Throughout this edition, BWAW brought together more than 70 top-level speakers, professionals from different sectors who are already driving gender equality within their organizations. The event created a space for reflection, knowledge exchange, and the visibility of female talent and equality policies in the economic and social spheres.
The programme was structured into different thematic sessions covering strategic areas such as industry, science, technology, cybersecurity, media, talent, architecture, health, space, and finance, among others, addressing in a cross-cutting way the challenges and opportunities to move towards real and effective equality.
