Last week, we took part in the Women in Logistics networking cocktail event held at SIL Barcelona. This space is dedicated to highlighting the role of women in the logistics and transport sector, as well as promoting the creation of role models for future generations of professionals.
The event brought together a large number of industry professionals in a friendly and informal atmosphere. It provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, build new connections, and reflect on what female inclusion and leadership represent within logistics and the supply chain.
Our participation also took place as part of MELYT (Women in Logistics and Transport), an association we are part of that actively works to promote the presence, visibility, and leadership of women in the sector.
At the Cluster Catalonia Logistics, we believe that moving towards a more diverse and inclusive logistics sector is essential to addressing the challenges of the industry. Therefore, we continue to support initiatives that aim to highlight female talent within transport and logistics.
